- Power of attorney legalized up to the Venezuelan Consulate.

- Invoicing details (name, address, fiscal number, registration number).

The trademark registration procedure lasts 3 years. The trademark will be published in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property Gazette. An opposition can be filed within 1 month from the publication date. The protection lasts 10 years from the filing date.
