Trademark registration in Thailand: Requirements and Procedure
Trademark registration requirements in Thailand:
- Power of Attorney must be notarized by notary public.
- A specimen of the mark. 30 (Thirty) originals of the specimen for each class of goods in which the mark is to be registered should be supplied. If you can provide us by email (logo file), it would be great and no need to provide us the hardcopy.
- The desired lists of goods or services in which you would like the trademark to be protected as the full class heading of the International Classification of goods is not allowed.
- Translation and Transliteration of the mark.
- Details of the trademark owner (name, address, registration number).
- Invoicing details (name, address, fiscal number, registration number).
- A specimen of the mark. 30 (Thirty) originals of the specimen for each class of goods in which the mark is to be registered should be supplied. If you can provide us by email (logo file), it would be great and no need to provide us the hardcopy.
- The desired lists of goods or services in which you would like the trademark to be protected as the full class heading of the International Classification of goods is not allowed.

Trademark registration procedure in Thailand:
The time from filing to registration will be about 12 months.
