Trademark registration requirements in Tajikistan:
 

- Power of attorney simply signed power of attorney, it can be filed in 2 months after the application. 
- Design of the trademark in JPEG format in case of a graphical trademark (not required for word mark).
- The details of goods and/or services for witch the trademark will be registered or the classes in case they are known.
- Details of the trademark owner (name, address, registration number, the explanation or the meaning and origin of the trademark).
- Invoicing details (name, address, fiscal number, registration number).
- Certified copy of priority document in case priority is to be claimed, it can be filed in 3 months from filing.

Trademark registration procedure in Tajikistan:

The registration procedure lasts 5 years. The opposition can be done in 60 days after the publication. The protection lasts 10 years from the filing date.
