Trademark Registration in Singapore: Requirements and Procedure

Trademark registration requirements in Singapore:

-The power of attorney it is not required.
- Design of the trademark in JPEG format in case of a graphical trademark (not required for word mark).

The registration procedure lasts 12 – 36 months. After the acceptance the trademark will be published in the Trademarks Journal. The oppositions can be filed within 2 months. Trademark protection lasts 10 years from the filing date.
