 Trademark registration in Bangladesh: The trademark registration procedure lasts around 6 years. The opposition period is 4 months from publication in the Official Gazette. The protection lasts 7 years from the filing date.

Trademark renewal in Bangladesh: The trademark renewal may be done within the last 6 months before expiry. For the renewal we need a simply signed power of attorney. The protection after renewal lasts 14 years.
