In North America we secure trademark registration by 2 ways:

1. National trademark registration, in each country of North America. For national trademark registration, please select one of the countries of your interest, you will be able to add later also other contries, if needed.
2. International trademark (also known as WIPO trademark), for the countries that are part of W.I.P.O. system (Madrid Agreement and/or Madrid Protocol). For international trademark registration, please visit this page.
