National Trademark Registration in Europe

In Europe there are 3 systems of trademark registration:

1. National trademark registration, directly in each European country. For national trademark registration, please select one of the countries of your interest, you will be able to add later also other contries, if needed.
2. European trademark (also known as Community trademark, EU trademark, OHIM trademark)  may be registered by a single trademark registration filing with O.H.I.M. within countries that are members of European Union. For European trademark, please visit this page.
3. International trademark (also known as WIPO trademark), may be registered with W.I.P.O. within European countries that are members of the WIPO system (Madrid Agreement and/or Madrid Protocol). For international trademark, please visit this page.
