Industrial Property Code, Decree-Law No. 97/99/M of December 13, 1999. Industrial Property Code, which governs the protection of patents including plant variety protection, layout-designs (topographies) of integrated circuits, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, name and badge of the establishment, logos and geographical indications, and rewards. This Code amends the Decree-Law No. 16/95 of 24 January 1995, Decree-Law No. 56/95/M of 6 November 1995 and Governor's Decision No. 306/95/M of 4 December 1995.

Industrial Property Code, which governs the protection of patents, utility models, industrial designs, rewards, name and badge of the establishment, logos and geographical indications, in accordance with the TRIPS Agreement. This Decree-Law will be repealed as the Decree-Law No. 97/99/M enters into force.
