Iraq is membership of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaties as part of:
- WIPO Convention since January 21, 1976;
- Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883;
As member of World Trade Organization (WTO), Iraq is on the List of Observer governments to be part of Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) (1994).
