Trade Marks Ordinance Chapter: 559 - This Ordinance makes new provision in respect of the registration of trade marks and to provide for connected matters. Schedule 4 of the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap.559) contains provisions which enable geographical origin of goods or services to be registered as certification trade marks.

Trade Marks Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 1) Regulation 2009 - This Regulation updates the lists of countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention and countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement.

Chapter: 362 Trade Descriptions Ordinance - This Ordinance contains provisions, inter alia, prohibiting the use of false trade descriptions, false, misleading or incomplete information, and the forgery of trade marks.

Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 43), 1955 - This Ordinance makes provisions for the registration of trade marks. The amendment made by the Intellectual Property (World Trade Organisation Amendments) Ordinance was designed to ensure that Hong Kong, China's existing trade mark law is compatible with the TRIPS Agreement.

Trade Marks Rules Chapter 43A - These Rules prescribe provisions and procedures under the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 43).
